By downloading, accessing, or using Trilo, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

Trilo is a personal finance and budgeting platform designed to help users track income, expenses, savings goals, and spending insights. The App may be used for free with limited functionality or through a paid subscription to unlock full premium features.

Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to use Trilo. By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration
To use Trilo, you may create an account using an email and password or third-party sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Trilo is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

Free Trial
New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial of Trilo Premium. After the trial, access to premium features requires a paid subscription.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Subscriptions and Billing
Trilo offers two auto-renewable subscription options:
• Monthly Plan: Billed every month through Apple’s in-app purchase system
• Annual Plan: Billed once per year through Apple’s in-app purchase system
Key Details:
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Renewals are charged to your Apple ID within 24 hours before renewal
• Manage or cancel at any time from your Apple ID Account Settings
Trilo does not process or store payment information directly — all billing is handled by Apple.

Cancellations and Refunds
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds or partial credits are offered for unused portions of a subscription, consistent with Apple’s App Store policy

License and Usage
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use Trilo solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
• Copy, distribute, or modify the App or its code
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use Trilo in any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading manner

Your privacy is important to us. Trilo does not collect or store payment information.
Financial and subscription data are processed securely by Apple.

Service Availability and Updates

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of data, or that the App will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trilo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or its content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for unauthorized purposes. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account.
